Wars Diminishing

Since control for criminal operations is being performed, useless; and normally avoidable , wars are being terminated. There are still extremely stubborn and persistent operativs who are attempting to start more wars. As usual, the first operations by the G.S.A./G.N.A. are to evacuate and isolate citizens from being near the war, lake tyhe wars to reempte areas such as major criminal population areas; then, attempt to abolish attempts at fighting.
