The United States, Russia, and China have been Quarantined by the GNA/GSA for hazard prevention to societies worldwide. Government defects have terminated most societies that were easily terminated. Reconstruction of more than 50% of the societies have been effectuated without dangers involved. This will allow anyone to use the codes freely without interference from others.
