The G.S.A. took control over the top drug dealers worldwide. Top purchasers were contacted and offered a very good deal. Extremely cheap prices for large quantities.They were told if they presell the drug, they could raise more for more drugs in the future. After tey accrued more money,the drugs were delivered to the ocean by ship.The ship remained oddshore. It was hired to deliver products to a foreign country. The ship belonged tp another crime syndicate. After ALL payments were received, the G.N.A. confiscated the remainder of the mony from te mafia bank accounts for illegallypurchasing a controlled substance; and illegal gain of money; then, confiscated the ship used for deliverey. The entire drug dealer mafia groups went into bankruptcy; as well as those who they took money from. No charges were pending against the G.S.A.
