The govenment, government defects, criminal organizations, and other groups did not perceive they started war with someone they cannot stop, kill, or destroy completely. I made it known monetaric systems will collapse and fail. The governments and criminals worldwide decided to kill all; But, 500 millin peope. With available funds, tere is insufficient funds to pay people anything; however, the G.N.A. [myself] created a solution to the "problem". Not only would it work; but, be efectuated witin 3-6 weeks. The criminal organizations did not perceive I; The G.N.A./G.S.A. Commanding Officer will terminate ALL efforts to erxterminate the majority of the eartyh's population by massive biological and chemicasl warfare genocide. Little did they calculate also if; of 7 illion people, only 500 million remain alive, 6 billion 500 million wil be dead.The entire earth will no longer be capable of supporting life due to decaying bodies eliminating sufficient oxygen from gaseous emissions in the air , for life sustanence. Even if buried, the decaying bodies will expunge biochemicals and micoorganisms down to the underground water reserves and eliminate any capability of being used for drinking water. The surface water is; of course, too contaminated to drink.
