These devices are a special "Patch Software" that is automatic. It is a type of dial up trojan. It has been obsoleted by the G.S.A. The "Patch" is sent to a cellularic phone or other communications device. The device automatically calls every number in the SIM card; as well as other cell phone SIM cards. It relays data regarding the entire cell phone number directories, locations of the people , and private identifications , to a computer for further surveillance.
