Citizens may be Required to Finish G.N.A. Operations

Due to extremely busy schedules, citizens of the public areas are requested to assist in the building of the new societies. The grant system from government and businesses may provide sufficient funding for the operations. New devices and other data wil be supplied for use to create an new more safe society.
