Governmental and Public Restoration

The proximal public and governments have been restored from a terminated state once again. Mst people are isolated from further attacks psychlogically; but, remain in extremely hazardous areas. The government is aware of and cannot perform any functions against enemy operations hazards.The G.S.A. [Myself] is actively performing he operations. I am the Fial remaining operative [The commanding officer] of the G.N.A./G.S.A.; however, operations are still functional and all systems and networks are effectual.
