New Mafia Organizations

The GNA/GSA has created new criminal locations for mafia organizations to operate within. Special islands were created for mafia groups. Prostitutes, drug dealers, drug addicts, gun runners, and oter criminals may freely operate within the boundaries of the islands legally. All criminal activity must remain on the islands. This allows uncontrollable criminal operatives to perform crimes legally. The police force has been created from "hit Men".
