Government Banning of subcultures

Due to large quantities of people coming out of high school each year, subcultural peope, cultists, and other "subnormal" or "abnormal" people are restricted; especially by a dress code, from entering the job and industrial markets. This will result in the financial collapse and the retaliation against society in criminal manners by these groups. The groups are not responsible for crimes committed due to governments forcing them into financial collapse. This prejudicial and discriominatoric function is already in progress. Punks and people with exposed tattoos are the most discriminated against. If the tattoos are offensive accordingly to standards set by public and government, the refusal of social work will be predominant.
