Gangstalkers were caught utilizing the Texas City Library WiFi for child molestation programming. The leader of the child molestation group usually goes to the library by bicycle. He is medium build; and has short hair. His group is a group of 5 14 year old boys who program targets by cell phone.
The groups are being terminated; as well as the female groups that utilize cell phones for mind control also.
