They extract energy and data to utilize them as a weapon against the public worldwide; then utilize TMTM to destroy the target's mind and spirit. The innocent people are terminated from resisting by rapists, psychotic operatives the government blames them for, and other operatives. The electromagnetic frequencies of spirits and physical minds that are linked, are destructive to innocent people's minds and spirits; as well as kills them.
