I was researching the Dark WEb when I came across a report about a man who had females kidnap 9 year old, 12 year old, and 18 month old girls. The man videoed them digging their own graves. The girls knew they were going to die. He raped them and mutilated their bodies. 1 girl survived. The other 2 were buried. He was reportedly placed into prison in the Philipines later. It was not known whether the police there caught him, "Prosecuted" him; then, sent him to a safe place. That is a INTERPOL operation. The G.N.A./G.S.A. will investigate he entire Dark web when possible. Most has been investigated already. Top Priority issues prevent any operations to be effectuated at the present time. The F.B.I. is very well capable of handling the issues. The F.B.I. has been handling similar cases throughout time. They handled a case involving potential drug trafficking. They watched a girl at a remote house sell a bag containing a large item to a male. The F.B.I. videoed everything. They moved in and arrested the male. After entering the house, they realized the girls in the house were "Satan Cultists"; and, were killing boys and selling their heads to people to be placed on a pedestal for worship. They even had a video showing one of the girls cutting off a male's head. I saw the videos. That was a common murder case. I have seen people who took families, hung them up with meat hooks facing each other; then, cutting their intestines out until they hung to the ground. After that, they brought in pigs to eat the intestines while the entire family watched each other die a very painfull death. I have performed accurate psychological analyses in those operatives. They are common killers.
