The United States, China And Russian governments are utilizing criminals to utilize trance channeling, telepathy, electronic "telepathy" and telepathic "bubonic plague effect" programming against societies worldwide. Trance channeling involves looking in the eyes of the victim and implanting an ex-convict mental particle. Telepathic "bubonic plague effect" programming involves an electronics to fuse an ex- convict into a victim's mind; then, spreading programming to multiple people worldwide. All programming involves psychotic programs. The entire population of people are terminated in cities within minutes or less.. The victims are usually "high Tech" and are surrounded by some type of plasmaic mental "pad" that prevents anyone else from witnessing the termination of the victim. The victim is sent to ex- convicts to advance them in "high technology". There are no known defenses against the electronics developed by victims; or, mind control procedures. The entire government was hired by Obama and Ramney. Ramney is homosexual while Obama is programmed in cannibalistic psychoses. He uses the programs against other governments. The Korean government was terminated in that manner. The governments destroy and kill all innocent people and their spirits worldwide.
