Isolated individuals and groups of people are placed in an electronic field. Criminals and government defects utilize electronics to "program" a duplication of the individual into criminal minds. The criminals attack and take control over the society target's minds. After programming is completed, the government defects return and "play Hero". They switch control to themselves.
