Mongolia to be Terminated and Destroyed Partially

In special documents from China, archives are kept secret about Mongolia to prevent an uprisal of criminal operatives. In early China many criminal gangs formed ; and began attacking Chinese people. After many years at war, an emporer arose that decided to deal with the issue> He sent his armies to meet with the criminals and warn them to stop attacking Chinese people. He invited them to come to him to discuss their issues. Instead, the criminals continued top fight. The Emporer sent his armies out again. This time, the armies killed many of the gangs. The leader of all of the criminals went to the emporer and demanded the entire western half of China for himself and people. The Emporer said he would NOT allow that much to be given to them because they didn't need that much land. The criminals continued to kill, rape and plunder the Chinese citizens. The Emporer sent out his armies that killed over 50% of he criminals. The criminal leader went back to the Emporer and demanded the entire northern part of China. The Emporer said he would NOT give them that much land; but, gave them a specially isolated plot of land instead. The criminals moved northward still killing while the armies attacked them. Very few gangs made it o the north and settled down. They named the country "Mongolia".
