Psywar Operative Operations

To steal "Lights" ; which are life energy/minds of spirits, psychotic operatives;
[1] Say "Here you go" indicating to the public the target authorized a spirit to be sent into a person's innocence. The public is terminated; and, programmed to think the target authorized the operation; as though the spirit was requested.
[2] Operatives state "I want to go home" . This is a programming against the public to send spirits within innocent people's innocents to kill the innocence.
[3] The operatives state "I will help you". That is a psywar program against the public to make them think the psychotic operative was requested to do as he/ she desires, to kill innocent people.
[4] The operatives state "I will do it". This is a similar operation to #3 above.
The terminated public; as well as programmed innocent witnesses; that are programmed into blaming the targets, are actively preventing any communication to the remainder of the public. This allows killing of the target.
The operatives state "Don't lie" to program public into thinking the target is lying.
Other psychotic operatives use impersonation to set up a staged incident to destroy target's credibility and reputation. Innocent people are sent to psychiatric hospitals; as well as up to death sentencing in prison. The operatives duplicate target's operations against the public to assist in the teaching of high criminals.
The operatives pretend o know the target. when asked to introduce them to the target, the operative cannot do it.
