Many people claim vegan diets are best; while, others claim meat eating is best. In fact, the human body; as well s many animal species, have long intestines. The long intestines are used to break down animal foods. Some animals have short intestines. They can only eat vegetation. Humans are developed as meat eaters.
Vegan diets are well as long as certain precautions are taken. Meat eating is well as long as certain precautions are taken also.
Presently, there are GMO [genetically modified organisms] that are sold as meat and plant foods. They are not healthy.
There are people who eat huge quantities of meat; or vegetables; yet can jump off a 3 story house; and land on the hard ground; on their back, without injury. Many are also heavy alcohol drinkers.
The facts are humans require very minimal nutrients to be strong; but, the borderline of healthy and unhealthy is small. Old generations of humans; especally Asians are only for medicinal purposes.
