As is typical, Jodi Arias was illegally charged with murder. The verdict was created from:
[1] Lack of Evidence: Evidence was not sufficient. Many knives and a pistol were supposedly used; but none were positively identified as the actual weapon.
[2] Lack of Detail of Murderer Quantitization: It took 3 people to "Kill" Travis:
[1] A pistol weilder
[2] A knife weilder
[3] A camera person
Naturally, any witness would be killed t prevent identification of the assailants; especially, Jodi
[3] Police Pressure: The police officer that interrogated her pressured her into falsely accusing herself. In fact, he admitted to "accusing" suspects of crimes.
[4] No witnesses to her "Murder"
[5] No motives or reasoning she would kill Travis
[6] Illegal procedures of government prosecutors who arrested her without evidence; and, on accusations solely.
[7] Unbecoming of officers who brutalized her verbally.
[8] Police officers unfit for duty by illegal procedural operations.
[9] Lack of determining her reasoning for "Defense"
[10] Questioning her in court: Her statements contradicted her original statement. Her statements made her further statements not credible.
[11] Travis' friend heard of Travis' death; then, knew where to get the key to his room, went straight to the "Closet" where his body was stored; and called Police; then accepted the statement Travis was found in his shower. caused suspicion on the friend as an accomplice to murder. He contradicted his own statements.
Due to total lack of evidence; and accusations accepted as evidence, she is innocent of charges. In fact, there WAS a female and a male who actually performed the "Murder" ; accordingly to "Evidence" that is accurate. Jodi was blamed; and prosecuted for a crime she never committed. The crime was performed when she went on a trip; to implicate her. The weapon WAS stolen from her grandfather; but, NOT identified accurately as the weapon used for the murder. In forensics sciences, a projectile from a weapon will positively identify the exact weapon.
[12] Jodi was a much better photographer. The one who actually photographed the event was an amateur.
[13] The court misrepresented Jodi.
[14] Fraudulent misrepresentation was used against Jodi
[15] Negligent misrepresentation was used against Jodi due to contradicting statements regarding her potential actions.
[16] Jodi was perjured.
[17] Defamation of character; Jodi's personal messages were used that had absolutely no value for the case issues.
[18] Mistrial: From lack of sufficient evidence and testimony; as well as witnesses.
[19] The stab wounds and shot wounds did not cause death: Accordingly to the autopsy report, wounds to the throat and torso caused death.
The throat was not cut with a knife. A sharp knife would leave a thin wound. A dull cut would leave a gaping wound; which Travis had. He obviously may have fallen through glass. That would cause a gaping wound.
[20] Jodi and Travis were obviously victims to a criminal operation that was exceedingly violent. Jodi and Travis were never that violent.
[21] Fake evidence was used in the case; such as Travis' body was found in the shower; and, in a closet.
[22] In "evidence" #68, the knife was too big to have been used. It would not easily penetrate through bones. It was not the cause of death anyway; and therefore, useless as evidence regarding Travis' death.
[23] Fresh blood cannot leave detectable fingerprints on a wall; ans since coagulation occurs, most dried blood will leave no fingerprints. The blood crystallizes..
[24] Jodi claims Travis was a child molester; and, her photo of herself when a child [Maybe 12] was displayed. She wore dual "Pony Tails". That is indirectly related to Travis at the beginning.
Even if Jodi was guilty, the court did not prove it; nor did the court have sufficient evidence to convict her. She had a mistrial also; which terminated her court cases completely.
Summary of the case:
[1] Jodi "stole" a gun of .25 caliber. Maybe a "gangstalker" took it.
[2] Jodi took a trip.
[3] Travis was attacked while Jodi was on her trip. Did she take the gun for defense?
[4] There were 3 attackers on Travis:
[1] A knife wielder
[2] A .25 caliber pistol wielder
[3] An amateur photographer
[5] Friends went into Travis home days after the murder. The fact the front door was not locked; but, the bedroom door was, was not questioned. They told a friend of Travis his bedroom door was locked.
[6] Travis friend said there may be a key to his bedroom. He went straight to the key, unlocked the door; then, went to a "Closet" where Travis' body was supposed to be.
[1] The fact the friend knew where the key was was not questioned
[2] The fact he did not search for any attackers there was not questioned
[3] The fact he walked straight to Travis body was not questioned
[4] He was not questioned whether anything was touched
[5] He was not questioned why Travis' body was in the shower.
[7] After reporting the incident, many friends said Jodi did it without evidence or testimony
[8] Friends claimed to have seen Jodi at the scene
[1] Noone questioned whether she left the scene before the incident;or, if other people were seen there; or, were visiting.
[9] Jodi was arrested without; proper procedure, for the incident.
[1] She had no history of criminal activity.
[10] Travis was not investigated.
[11] Travis friend said Jodi slashed Travis' tires 3 times a week.
[1] It was questioned why she would drive many miles from her grandfather's house to Travis' house.
[2] The friend also said Travis ran into "potholes" frequently. It was not questioned that that would cut; and flatten, a tire
[3] There was No Police report taken to court about her "slashing" tires.
[4] No slashed tires are on evidence; or, record. No company receipts were brought to court also.
[5] It was not questioned why noone saw the tire slashing incident. It is difficult to slash a tire; and, it
makes a very loud noise.
[12] Travis was "quoted" as saying he feared for his life; but, no restraining order or report was ever made.
[13] Jodi's Ex "boyfriend" stated Jodi started changing her personality after going to the prepaid legal program meetings. He said she started lying, becoming secretive; and other negative behaviours.
[14] Jodi's best friend said Jodi started changing after she met Travis; and started going to the Mormon church.
[15] In the nude photo, that was a different female. That was not Jodi. Jodi's ears are close to her head. In that photo, the female's ears are 0.5" away from her head.
[16] It is apparent that someone used Jodi's and Travis' voice over the phone to contact each other; and break them up. Jodi was surprised; and stunned when "Travis" spoke to her in a sexually deviant manner. Travis would never have said that. That is typical of "gangstalking".
[17] After going to the Mormon church, Jodi criticized herself as being a sinner.
"Evidence"
[1] Exhibit 162: This showed "Travis" sitting down with his left leg crossed over his right leg; as if to relax.
The photo was not made by a good photographer due to the head not being in the photo; and, the photo
being of extremely poor quality. This photo was changed. In one photo, the time is in the middle area of the frame. The second photo shows the data on the bottom of the frame. The female in the foreground
had a very loose fitting upper body cover. She had pony tails also; similarly to a little girl.
[2] A large knife that could not cause small stab wounds that were in photo evidence. The knife could not
cause a gaping gash in the throat also.
[3] In the photo of Travis in the Shower; on the other side of the glass door, He was probably shot through the door. After falling, he broke through the remaining broken glass and cut his throat.
[4] Viciousness: Not questioned; as was the motive. The viciousness is similar to a furious other finding her
daughter's molester.
[5] Unidentified .25 caliber pistol.
[6] Both Jodi and Travis felt their lives were threatened. That was not questioned.
[7] Travis presumably walked into the bathroom; to the sink. It would be improbable he did that after his
throat was cut.
[8] Nude Photos: Those photos were not taken shortly before the incident. In fact, the photos were from a
very long time before the incident. The Photos were taken out from Travis collection, and the person with the camera took a photo of the photo. That is the reason the photo was blurry and grainy. The nude photo was not Jodi. In the Jodi Arias photo from prison, her ears are close to her head. In the nude photo, her ears are 0.5" away from her head.
[9] Travis supposedly walked into the bathroom with his throat slashed; but, did not realize his throat was slashed.
[10] The photos of Travis in the shower is different. One photo shows head head to the right side. The other photo shows his head to the left side while he sits with his legs crossed.
[11] When Jodi was in the Police Interrogation room; prior to prosecution, she had no cuts on her hands; yet in evidence, she supposedly resisted Travis and had cuts on her hands as a result. She did not even
have her hands bandaged.
[12] The hair and nails of "Jodi" was not positively identified as evidence. They were not age determined.
The Interrogation of Jodi Arias:
Jodi continuously stated she was innocent; and never was at Travis' home. She said she had a car breakdown. She also never knew of the case. Detective Flores insisted she killed Travis; and failed to believe her. He accused her of everything. His evidence and statements were premeditated. Jodi said to protect her family, she would take blame for the case. She was being threatened by gangstalkers who did commit the crime.
Her statements in the interrogation included:
[1] She did not see the incident. She was elsewhere in the house during the crime. Obviously, no criminal would allow her to just walk around freely.
[2] Travis was in his bathtub; not in the shower.
[3] She stated she thought Travis was shot; but, was not sure.
[4] She stared she saw a female bent over Travis. Jodi pushed her; but, the other female did nothing to her.Jodi stated the female may have had 1 of 2 guns in her possession.
[5] Jodi stated she ran to get help; but, the male was behind her; and following her. She stated she ran in the closet to hide; but, the male placed a gun to her head.
[6] Jodi stated the colour of the criminal's clothing; but, stated she did not know earlier [In her statement].
[7] Jodi stated she "got Travis". She would not have been allowed to walk around freely; especially since Travis was the main target.
[8] Jodi stated when she was with Travis, the criminals took a little time to approach her. She further states the male had her purse; and took out her registration. He did not take out her driver's license.
[9] Jodi stated the female went towards her with a knife; and, Travis was bleeding "Everywhere". Both of them struggled. Jodi stated she attempted to stab the female; but, the male was waiting with the gun.
[10] Jodi stated she would use gloves if she attempted to kill anyone. She also stated she would have shot him continuously.
[11] Jodi stated she was not guilty again.
[12] Jodi stated she wanted Travis to be married to the one he loved [Mimi]; but, Mimi did not agree. Jodi only knew Mimi casually from Church.
[13] Jodi stated she did not realize that she had been speaking " so much" until she spoke with Ryan Burns; a man in Utah, about Travis. She stated she was mourning for her friend Travis.
[14] Jodi stated if she is prosecuted, the criminals will go free.
[15] The interrogating officer Detective Flores stated Dave and his wife ; next door, saw Jodi a Travis' home.Dave was the only one Jodi knew in that area. The neighbor across the street also stated they saw Jodi at the scene of the crime. Jodi stated she had platinum blonde hair. The female criminal had dark hair unlike Jodi's hair.
[16] Jodi stated she drove an Infinity; and, there was always cars at Travis' home. She sated she returned the car.
[17] Detective Flores stated he has handled cases for a long time. He states when he "accuses" someone of a heinous crime, they are supposed to act in a specific way. He stated Jodi did not act like that..
[18] Detective Flores stated he had the gun, ammunition, a match of the ammunition; and, motive and palm print in blood. Blood prints are not efficient due to coagulation; ad crystallization, of blood.
[19] Jodi stated she never fired a gun. There was no powder analyses on her hand also.
[20] Jodi requested her purse from Detective Flores. She also requested a sweater. That is normal in a cold building.
[21] Jodi Stated she just bought a gun. She also requested a lie detector test.
[22] Jodi sang a Dido song and "Oh Holy Night" In the interrogation room. She was nervous. She looked at some papers on a table; then, laughed.
[23] Jodi asked if her prosecution was in the news, if Travis' family called; and, stated she wanted to protect the memory of Travis to his family.
[24] Jodi stated she took her Facebook memory statements off of Facebook because they were detailed; not personal. She stated she is a photographer.
[25] Jodi stated she has never seen Travis' camera that was used in the crime; but, he called her and told her of it.
[26] Jodi asked if she is being recorded in the interrogation room. The Detective lied and stated "No.".
[27] Jodi stated; in her letter, Travis blamed her for slashing his tires. She stated she was sensitive;but Travis was spontaneously angered.
