Vegan Gains Operation

In Youtube, there is an International terrorist that denotes himself as "Vegan Gains". He has recorded videos of himself violently threatening the public. He is presently under investigation; and, will be terminated at the earliest possible time.; as well as anyone who is similar to him; such as family and friends, who supports his extremely psychotic mannerisms. In his video "How I Humanely Kill People", https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PduaNG1c1pE he states he searches for people who have a good life, good job, good husband or wife; and children who do not desire to die; then, approaches them from behind, knocks them unconscious with a metal baton, hangs them upside down, cuts there throat, collects their blood in a jar; and chops them into pieces. He further states he stores their pieces in his freezer. Unfortunately, his story has discrepancies: [1] Jeffrey Dahmer could not store that much meat in his refrigerator [2] Even a large standup freezer with a large chest freezer could not store deer patties that were placed there by my Mercenary and special forces friends. Information regarding the present case is as follows: [1] I reported him to the C.I.A. with instructions to keep others from killing him; and obtain investigative data on him; as well as to prevent F.B.I. and others from receiving reports regarding his case. [2] There will be a global alert on him and his friends for International Security Threats, International Terrorism; and, other high charges. [3] He will be fully investigated; as well as is family and friends. Background checks will be made. [4] Global mercenaries, militias; and others will be alerted of him. They may hunt him down and kill him. He will be terminated from society; as well as his operatives. If the government does not find sufficient evidence; or, the case is passed up, Mercenaries and others ill be allowed to terminate him. It does not matter if he is not telling the truth in his stories. His statements will be used against him in law. If the government does nothing, mercenaries or others may. If the case is passed to me, I will handle it at the earliest possible time. He WILL be terminated.
