Chernobyl, 3 Mile Island and Fukushima are Under G.S.A. command

Chernobyl, 3 mile island and Fukushima have been classified by the G.S.A. as 3TTpE code International hazards [3 T[hreat] T[op] P[riority] E{mergency procedure]] The reactors are to have an entrance placed 30' from the reactor; that goes underground below the reactor floor level. The reactors are to be surrounded by a 48'thick concrete wall and roof. Air is to be circulated through a filter to prevent radioactive particles from entering the atmosphere. A large concrete pipe is to be placed on top of the reactors in case of explosion. the explosive gasses are to be redirected into a large non pressurizing vessel to filter all particles from the gases. These operations are immediately be actuated and performed.
