Shadow Operations of U.S., Russia and China

Due to Russia, U.S. and China operatives allowing enemies access to innocent people of "High Tech", the people were placed into a quarantine electronics system that disallows viewing of operations by other extrinsical groups. The people are linked into a computer that instantly programs operatives by duplicating the operations of the quarantined people. Tis allows maximal resistance to psychotic government and Illuminati operative invasions. No extrinsical operatives have concatenation or contact of any means to the operatives linked into the system.
