Radar Proof Weapons and Vehicles Questioned

When asked about Radar p[roof weapons that the G.N.A./G.S.A. Commanding Officer Rber Hocker possessed, Robert [Me] ststed "Yes, there are weapons and vehicles I designed that have metal mesh fuselages. Aircraft and oter vehicles also have the mesh. They absorb the radar frequencies; and instead of sending waves back, convert them into frequencies; with frequency to frequency converters, that are rejected by radar systems. These weapons are completely theoretical.".It was proven the devices could exist; but, were not proven to exist.
