Psychotic Operatives Taught Trance Channeling

In the largest war to date, many government defects have stolen top secret techniques of mind control and taught them to street people who are criminally insane. These persons are utilizing the techniques against material witnesses to abolish; and kill, them. The government agent Agent Patruy of the Naval Countertintelligence hired operatives to kill major counterintelligence agents, hire top criminals worldwide; then teach top criminals mind control by utilizing Trance Channeling techniques while "student" operatives hold victims minds open for them. The future societies will contain many of hese operatives worldwide to abolish innocent people and witnesses into a mind controlled and regulated population. This will allow future crimes to be unregulated, unreported, and unknown to all but criminal operatives themselves.
