Electronics Win the War

The G.S.A. electronics warfare systems have been taken over by the government defect operatives. I have been almost killed by the operatives and their street gangs. The operatives are being tested for final escape route uses; and all routes are being terminated from usage. The defect operatives will be trapped within the electronics systems until death. All other locations worldwide are hopefully safe presently; but, testing will determine the correct status of safety. There should be no hazards to society from the attacks. My status is severe at this time. Melissa, Carmelia and her mother, street gangs, youth ;' and others trained into psywar, have been extracting me. I may not last for very long. All of the operatives are Illuminati electronics warfare groups.

Government Defects and other operatives Terminated and Encapsulated

ALL operatives of massive destruction are now encapsulated by electronics warfare devices. There are no escape routes at this time. The operatives are not allowed to send indirect messages or programs to the public. The operatives are being terminated to nullification presently.

Artificial Psychoses

Government defects program the psychotic thoughts of targets into targeted witnesses and other enemies. This is accomplished by transmogrificational maladmixturation [TMTM]. With TMTM, non compatible energies from the biosic structures, minds, and electronics disorient the mind; and cause disrupted, incoherent, and distorted thoughts that may become psychotic quickly. When that occurs, rape, murder and other crimes are committed by the target.

People "Talking to Themselves"

Many people who seemingly talk to themselves are actually conversing with government defect operatives who have isolated them and linked them onto psychotic operatives of theirs. The linkage is accomplished by cutting through portions of the brain with triangle waveform electronics. Portions of the mind are stripped while other people mind particles are linked together by fusion. The fusion process is similar to cutting flesh and holding the two parts together. Both parts will fuse. The government defects laugh at the processes psychotically. The symptoms of the fusions are linkage to minds and artificial "Telepathic" communications. Voices, laughter and other phenomena are caused by operatives speaking over electronics; as well as targets linked onto them.

The Tor Network is Illegal to Use

The Tor network is a Naval network owned exclusively by the Navy. Hackers intruded on the network and created ghost websites. "Volunteers" are used to relay others to the "websites". Company servers are used to create online websites on the Tor network. IP are created to display a website address. There are no Ip numbers in the Tor network. None of the fake IP addresses are valid. The hackers were not given permission to use the network. Websites such as Facebook, company websites and other legal server sites are used to transmit to the network by shadowed internet service provider data. The complete Tor network is illegal to use for many reasons. The charges for using the network include: [1] Utilizing government property for private purposes. [2] Potential sabotage of government operations [3] Producing potential life threatening operations against government undercover agents [4] Destruction of government property [5] Militant operations involving government equipment [6] Aiding, embedding, harbouring, co conspiracy, and concealing testimony and evidence against high crimes and criminals [7] Propaganda psywar on government agencies to attempt to convince the public and other government agencies that the Navy has allowed criminal use of government electronics and services. [8] Espionage and sabotage of government and private business computers, servers, and internet services. and other crimes and high crimes. The potential prosecution ranges from felonies to life imprisonment or death sentencing.

Paris Catacombs to be Investigated

The Paris catacombs contains part dog part human entities. A male was filming his search through the catacombs when he was confronted by 2 or more of the entities. He placed his video camera down and ran into a dark spot. The human dogs passed by him. He took his camera and submitted it to a person to investigate; to prevent being caught by government for illegally entering the catacombs. In the 1780s, people were attacked by vicious human dogs that killed people, ate their interior organs; and, left the head and arms on one side, the intestines stretched in the middle; and, the legs on the other side. That is typical of dogs and large predator birds; such as vultures. The male was familiar with the catacombs. He located what is known as "The gateway to hell". That is where the dog humans live. A portion of the catacombs was purposely destroyed to kill entrapped dog humans. The remains of the bodies are to be investigated for diseases, genetics dog-human engineering, and other hazards. No one except specialists in Hazmat suits are to be allowed in the catacombs. Remains of friendly "Werewolves" [part dog, part human] are located in the catacombs. I have a video containing that section. The skulls contain jaws that extend approximately 3" from the frontal area. In my video, the man who filmed the incident stated "Oh, my god."; then, placed the video camera down on its side, and ran. He had no other source of light activated. Behind, him were 2 or more vicious dog barking sounds. The people in the catacombs were arranged accordingly to families. In some areas, dog-human skeletons remained. Only the arms, legs and skull are stacked. In one area, werewolf killers were arranged in a large ball shaped structure. Presently, there are still werewolves living in the catacombs. The cemeteries nationwide were dug up to exhume victims and possible food sources. They were deposited in the catacombs.

Global Legal Barter Operations

The G.N.A./G.S.A. will attempt to fund volunteers and disabled people with a legal barter payment. Disabled, college student, those who do not desire to work, and Veterans are to be provided with free housing, bill payments, food, clothing, and other items for life. The project may begin shortly after volunteers are obtained for working. Volunteers may be hired by the G.N.A./G.S.A. to assist in the construction of clothing, housing, transportation and other items for people who qualify to receive them.All volunteers will be barter payed due to their not working at other businesses. Here is the payment plan: Since volunteers are not working at paying businesses, they will be payed in one of 2 ways: [1] People who do not desire to work; or, who cannot work may test products such as housing, transportation, clothing, P.E.S. electric supply, and other items. They will keep the items for barter pay. They will be required to give a report on their opinions once every year; for the items they test. If they have feedback; or complaints, they will be required to report those issues also. [2] Volunteers will be payed in items for their work. They will receive free housing, transportation, clothing, food and other items as a supplement to their work.
