That is far beyond what someone with absolutely no money may afford. It is a perpetual money loss for any company to perform that operation. The G.N.A./G.S.A. has trillions of dollars to spend on companies and people, to provide automated systems to poor people only. Some products may also be sold to richer people through sales to companies to resell overstocked products.
